I feel like using the term for those "feel good" hormones. I need to know what they're called. Anyone know?

Certain aminos cause you to have better feeling of well being. Serotonin is a chemical that helps maintain a "happy feeling," and seems to help keep our moods under control by helping with sleep, calming anxiety, and relieving depression.

There are a number of "feel good" hormones in humans, including serotonin, endorphins, prolactin, progesterone, and oxytocin.

seratonin...is a naturally occuring chemical in the brain. when it gets low....grab some chocolate...it boosts seratonin levels.....endorphins...doesn't that kick in when you're in pain?
